After reviewing your request, we schedule a phone call to discuss your project, answer initial questions, and determine next steps.

2. On-Site Visit & Budget Range
We then schedule an on-site visit to review conditions, discuss options, and provide a preliminary cost range so you can evaluate feasibility before moving forward.

3. Project Planning & Proposal Development
For projects moving forward, we provide a detailed proposal and project planning. At this stage, a consultation and planning fee may be required to cover time spent developing scope, budgeting, and project logistics. This ensures your project receives the careful preparation needed for successful execution.

4. Contract & Scheduling
Once scope and pricing are approved, we finalize a contract and place your project into our production schedule.
